Tastes spoiled - I expected better from Judee’s - Edited
Mixed as directed and refrigerated overnight. The consistency was great and seemed really promising. Added freeze dried strawberry powder and mixed well. SO disappointed with the result. It has a nice tang and texture, but a really rotten tasting back flavor. Could not even detect the large amount of strawberry flavor added. Tried adding some sweetness and it didn’t help. So bummed I ordered the 5 pound bag. I use a lot of Judee’s other products, but this is a miss. Hideous flavor, almost chemical and sulfur-like . Something is not. right.Update - I can't say how pleased I am with the Judee's team. They addressed my concern and respond right away. This product did not work for me, but don't let that stop you from purchasing from them. Great products and service - Thanks so much!

Maybe for baking
I purchased this to try out for a camping trip. Yeah NO! Horrible stuff. Maybe if baking with it, it might be tolerable. But I won’t even use it for that. I made a batch and refrigerated it overnight, (this wasn’t suggested on the package, because there was absolutely no directions on the package except for some kind of fruit dip.). The chalky taste was horrible and the texture was just as bad. Very disappointed, but glad I only purchased the smallest available size.

Not great but better than alternatives
I use this when traveling to places that I know won’t have yogurt for sale (or won’t have an in -room refrigerator) and it works. It’s not great, it’s not a 100% identical substitute (more like a yogurt drink than the thickness of classic yogurt “pudding”) but it has a hint of yogurt-ness in it and it’s better than having just granola bars for breakfast in my hotel room. Great ? No. Better than nothing ? Yes.
