Hello,when you put it on the bar,does it stay on tight

It does stay on tight as soon as you put it on the bar it’s on there you have to really smack it just to get it off!

Once you start the workout and the block touch your chest. Do it rotate or stay in place?

It stays in place. I use it when I bench press and it always stays in place. Have not had a problem with it.

Will they fit on planet fitness bars

They will fit on the standard Olympic bars however the older smith machine bars are a bit too big in diameter
