Ancestral Roots Seed Trilogy Mix + Coconut - Ancient and Powerful Superfood Mix - 10 oz

It took me two tries to get this product - first they sent me the Seed Trilogy Mix without coconut, which was a little vexing because I love coconut everything. Once that got sorted out I tried the mix in oatmeal. The coconut flavor is very subtle, so what I think I might do in the future is buy the Seed Trilogy Mix, and buy a seperate bag of shredded coconut, which is cheaper than this mix. This way I can have all the coconut I desire but get my money's worth for seeds.Otherwise, this mix cooked well with the oats and I was happy to have its nutty-tasting addition. I might grind them first though, because the flax especially was a little hard to chew well.Disclaimer: I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

Great seed mix. That little bit of coconut is a nice touch. Will buy again

Very decent. Good price. Since I am unfamiliar with the various seeds and ingredients (aside from coconut) I am not sure if this tastes like it's supposed to, unfortunately. The taste is fine, though. Kind of nutty kind of gooey (the chia seeds mix with saliva and release this goo type substance)

I like this stuff. I use it in overnight oats, but I’ve also rolled protein balls (truffles) in it before.

I love seed mixes with chia and other grains, so had high expectations for this one. I was most disappointed. This mix had a foul, “off” taste. Really gross!

I really enjoy this seed mixture. I'm not sure it this was just the batch I received, but the seeds quickly grew oily and I had to put them in the fridge. I haven't had this problem with this company before, so maybe it is just the batch I received.

This was recommeneded to me by a friend and I love it i add it to my breakfast cereals or smoothies a great addition.

For me this was a bad buy. The taste was awful. Could not finish one bite. Maybe I got a bad bag.
