Q: will they fit xl hand?

They are one size fits most, so they fit almost all hands. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Q: Is it okay to sleep with these on?

It would probably be fine to do that except they're very slippery and it would be unlikely that they'd stay on all night. You'd have a slimy mess in your bed. You're better off to put them on while you watch tv at night and remove them and rub in the oils and put on some thin socks for the night. If you put socks on while the plastic footies are still on, that might work but it would be uncomfortable to have plastic on your feet all night and your feet could also get too hot and probably sweat.

Q: Does it effect nail polish at all?

I use Color Street 100% nail polish strips and it does not affect them at all. My nail polish remains intact. These masks leave my hands and feet feeling hydrated and moisturized. FB-#HuesYourMamaNailsVIPs
