Everything is nice in the kit. Everything works well...except for the 'wand' piece. If you have your own, or can make something, you're all over it. If you're here because the handle looks good...it's not. The handle can NOT be made to stay extended without drilling and screws. The slightest twist of the wrist, and it collapses on you. The slightest pressure on the handle the wrong direction, and the head pops off and is a real bit...well, it's very difficult to put back on. It IS soft enough plastic that it won't damage your vehicle if you bump into things with the head, but it's also soft enough it's going to pop off frequently.All in all, it's a really nice, all in one kit, in handy store it all in one place toolbox. But the handle, well, you really need to look somewhere else for one that works. I'll keep it, simply because I have ideas on how to fix it (cross bolt through the head/extension attachment and large washers to keep it from falling off again) but the stainless hardware is going to run a pretty good percentage of the overall cost. I'll use a wooden handle already made for the application.Nice kit, but the wand handle needs work.

Most of this kit is decent, but that extension arm is absolutely 100% trash. It looks like one of telescoping handles that twist to lock...... But there is NO twist-to-lock. It doesn't remain extended, because there's nothing to hold it in place. It simply collapses back into itself. USELESS GARBAGE. Now I can't finish cleaning the top of my van until I wait for another part to ship. Very disappointing and frustrating.

The main reason I got this was for the telescoping handle, and since it has to be twisted to stay in place it's constantly coming loose and collapsing.Overall the kit comes with a lot of stuff and that's a plus, but it's still tough to scrub those hard to reach places on the car while avoiding the twist lock coming loose.The little carry case is standard cheap plastic, but that's fine for what it is. This thing shouldn't need to take any real abuse and the contents are not heavy. The accessories are all decent quality.I gave it 3 stars because it's mostly OK, but definitely could be better.

Just used for the first time to wash my car. The mitt and scrubber on the pole were the reason I bought this over other sets and those worked great. I didnt use the pop up bucket, I'm sure I would have tipped it over (used a rubbermaid one instead). I did like the idea of the tool box to store everything but it was definitely not shipped with the kid. I have other storage things and I didn't need another box, but be aware.

I found this car washing kit soft and absorbent. It came with a towel storage box, it helps to organize the cleaning items so much better. It has been working well for me and I was able to wash and dry the car quite a few times with no problem.

Does the job. But it’s just not what I was expecting. Very flimsy. Feels like the pole will break at anytime. Other then that it does the job.
