I love to read Victoria Quinn books. Another interesting story. Monroe and Slate amazing chemistry. Monroe knows she worth it and what she needs from man love and caring and family. Slate is other hand very closed off and not trusting. Beautiful story so far. Let's see what next book coming up with.

The book has a lot of good laughs. I love both characters very much, but felt more drawn to Slate. It's a first for me to to lean more to the male character but I couldn't help been understanding and sympathetic about his predicament. It's difficult to get over that type of betrayal by someone so close to you. The book was well written and stayed with the story line; not too many secondary characters. Only the important ones that are relevant to the story line.

Wow I loved this book from start to finish, as you can probably guess I totally fell in love with Slate and his attitude because no matter what he was always honest and that’s that. Our heroine Monroe was a strong character she took on slate no matter what he gave! They are perfect together with one hell of a chemistry I can’t wait for the send one find out what’s happens to these two and Coan!!Victoria Quinn has written an amazing book totally love it!!

Well what can I say.. another amazing read! Slate and Monroe are two fantastically strong willed characters who know what they are worth, what they want and won't settle for less. They have unbelievable chemistry and the story is extremely believable. An absolute page turner of a read, I could not put it down! I cannot wait for the next book in the series!!

I have always enjoyed Victoria Quinns books but I have to admit I very nearly gave this one a miss purely because of its title, but you know what they say, never judge a book by its cover.Looking forward to the next one in the series, Victoria knows how to draw her readers in and knows how to write a good story

Victoria Quinn did this trope justice. The woman sells her virginity but unlike other books with this trope, she makes him work for it and they fall for each other. It was so steamy and good. There’s a lot of similarities in Victorias books. One of the main characters drinks too much. Or doesn’t eat carbs. But the stories are different enough that it’s good! There was so much passion. Definitely worth reading!

I hate the ending. I mean why????? Now that's out TBE way this book was everything I didn't expect to read but I love it for it. I'm definitely getting book two and I recommend this book!!!!

The premise of this book seemed very simple at first glance, so I wasn’t expecting the depth of emotion,and chemistry our main characters shared, leaving me most pleasantly surprised.The openness,and honesty between Slate and Monroe was so refreshing.No pretense,no passive aggressive dialogue which makes most MMC’s appear petty and immature…just raw energy and passion that translates nicely on page.I enjoyed this book,and the push~pull dynamics which built tension and anticipation until the last page, and look forward to the next book, and hopefully, what proves to be a fitting end for this couple.

I loved the sexy romantic antics of Slate and Monroe!! This story has plenty of steamy scenes but there is definitely another theme within the sex scenes. This author knows how to connect with his characters so the reader can feel the emotions. I can't wait to read the next book so I can find out if Slate and Monroe continue together.

It is very interesting and hard to put the book down, can't wait to read the next book. Love it.
