Now I've only had this for a short time, so I can't speak to its durability. But so far it's exceeded my expectations. I bought this because I use my laptop for game playing. And as a rule I play with it on my lap. Problem is it doesn't take very long for the bottom of the laptop to get over heated. Particularly when plugged into AC. It would get so warm, I'd have to stop playing. This cooling pad not only keeps my lap comfortable, it leaves the laptop barely warm to the touch. Fan, great air flow, and not at all too loud.

Laptops suffer in the heat. Any more, their sleek, minimal size ensures that all the circuitry and components crammed into their ultra-compact cases can make them run very hot during intense use. All that heat can shorten a laptop's life, shorten its battery's life and, in some cases, cause the system to throttle-down for self-preservation. Its tilt-up feature will appeal to those who prefer keyboarding that way. Construction is all plastic, naturally, but so far it's been substantial enough to do its job without any problems. Finally, a tip. If this won't fit in your laptop bag, take measurements and look for a cheap laptop sleeve of the right size to hold it. The cooling pad is light and not a burden to take along.

fantastic product. light-weight, quiet, functional, works exactly as advertised. nevertheless, the particular one that i ordered came with a severely misshapen frame. I use it at my office at work (where it doesn't really matter how it looks) but had it been ordered for my home-office (which has a layout based on both aesthetic and functionality) it would not have "cut the mustard" as it were. Nevertheless, there is a good chance that my "ugly" purchase was a one-off and that the rest are in good shape - regardless, this product serves its intended purpose and for the price, i cannot ask for more than that.

I really liked this cooling pad. It works really well. One of the things I appreciate most is that you can control the fan speed—make it stronger or softer depending on what you need. But even at lower settings, it still cools great. The two fans are a very good size, and the airflow they provide keeps my laptop at a perfect temperature, even after long hours of use. Something I love is how quiet it is. Honestly, I barely notice any noise while I’m working, and if there is, it’s so minimal that it doesn’t bother me at all. The material feels strong and durable, and it’s very easy to use. I also think the color is super cool. What caught my attention is that the blue light actually changes depending on the fan speed—when you increase the speed, the light gets brighter, and when you lower it, the brightness dims. Nice little detail! If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the USB cable it comes with is a bit short. But it’s not a big issue—you can easily get a longer USB-to-USB cable if needed. I got this because my laptop heats up a lot, and this really helps keep it cool and running better. It’s a great product overall.

The one good thing about it is that it's super quiet. Unfortunately, that's due to it not putting out any real airflow. It is barely keeping my computer cool. Also, the plastic bottom has already snapped and I had to McGuyver it back together with glue, tape, and a toothpick.

This stand works perfectly well for my Microsoft surface laptop. It is super quiet so that I never hear it and I love the blue lights it gives off. Keeps my surface cool got point periods at a time and gives me the elevation I need

I purchased your laptop cooling fan in April 2026. I do NOT recommend this faulty product. I am writing to inform you of a severe quality issue with the product.After only a handful of uses, the plastic base snapped, causing my laptop to crash down and slide to the left side. As a result of this failure, I can no longer use the adjustable height feature.Given that this happened during normal use and the item appears to be cheaply made, I am highly dissatisfied. Please let me know how we can proceed with a full refund or a replacement. .Thank you,
