I love the freshness - smell and color! Better than any other pet store bought brand. Our bunny eats nearly all of it. Other brands seem inferior and he would forage more for the better bits and leave much chaff behind.

This is the best quality hay that I have purchased for my small pets. I have typically always purchased KayTee or similar brands from the local farm supply store or pet store. Occasionally I have ordered the hay from Amazon. I saw this new product come available and I ordered 5 bags (had to do 5 separate orders...) and I am so impressed with the quality! Its so much softer and fresher than the coarse straw-like hay that I have been buying. And even better, my 5 bunnies, 2 guinea pigs, and even the 5 hamsters looooove this! They will eat a little bit of the other hay, which I never realized was such low quality, but they will eat this completely gone! There's never any left in the bottom of the cage. So there's no mess and no waste to clean up! So although it might be more money (although I don't think it is) its also less waste. Which makes it way better all the way around. I definitely recommend this product!

Have not been disappointed yet with my orchard hay purchase from SPS. It's always green, fresh and delivered on time. Orchard hay is a great alternative to timothy hay as it's dust free but a great option nonetheless. My bunny loves this hay and comes running when I open the bag! Would recommend!!

Our tortoise needed this and the quality is good. Seems a little expensive for something that grows and usually is free.

My bunny loves this hay!! I normally feed her oxbow hay. She has been fickle and hasn't been eating it as much as normal. I figured it was time to try some other hay. I put this on her raised structure where she normally sits and she devoured it!! She's one of those buns when once the hay is on the ground it's basically poison. I guess I know what kind of hay i will be buying from now on!!Thank you for such a quality product. The quality is definitely there. The color difference between oxbow and this hay is definitely noticeable. Oxbow is light green and sweet smelling but not extremely fragrant. This hay is dark green, soft, and so fragrant! I will add pictures soon.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the bag compared to the price! I 100% underestimated how much 12 ounces were in the hay. I expected a small-ish load of timothy hay, so I ordered two bags, I got this among other items for my new domestic feeder mice (who are now just pets) lemon pepper (the smaller male) and Franklin (the larger male) both LOVE the hay, counting as they've never had hay before they fell in love, once both of the bags are empty ill be buying more!

Amazing price and quality. I’ve tried half a dozen brands. Most big brands have sent me twigs and powder, and usually not green!I hand fed my bunny when I first got this and he was so excited and happy with it.Will definitely be buying again.Love your business practices and passion. My guinea pig LOVES this stuff when they ship good hay. There are times I have bought from this company and they send me super brown and dusty hay which goes straight into the garbage. A bit of a waste of money - I won't buy big packages from them because of this. Generally though, this doesn't happen often. For me, it is worth buying from this company because when the hay is green and beautiful, it smells so fresh and I have never seen it that nice from packaged hay in the stores. It's worth the shot - your piggy will love you.
