So far so good!!
I needed to replace the original blower motor due to the old one making a squeaking noise when the blower was at medium or higher. Install was a breeze, as I youtubed it before hand. Just make sure you have T20 torx to do the swap. The new blower has been running for a week and no issues so far.

Does not fit 2003 Cadillac Seville
I know I should have pulled mine out and compared it to the picture, but still I would say it is frustrating to have it state that it fits a 2003 Cadillac Seville and than for it to be completely different. (Original part on the left, reviewed item on the right)

Short life-span
The part has been on my van two months, and it has already started making bad bearing noises. So now I have to replace it again.
