I totally recommend the Deik 16 piece black knife set with acrylic stand. The stand let’s you see what knife you are using and the knives fit in their own slot. This set is so stylish and modern looking.Included is a chef, carving, bread, santoku, utility, paring and 6 steak knives, along with a sharpening steel, a peeler and scissors. They are made of high carbon stainless steel blades, that are coated. These knives won’t rust, pit or stain. I like that because I always buy knives that end up staining and pitting. I enjoy the handles being ergonomic and that they are not made of wood, because wood usually fades and splits.I tried all of the knives and let me tell you that they are sharp! So please be careful when handling. I washed the knives by hand, before and after using the first time and then dried them.They are reasonably priced, look expensive and would be good for a gift or just for yourself.If you need new knives and are wondering which set would be your choice; just try the Deik 16 piece high carbon stainless steel knife set; you won’t be sorry.

Ordered a set for my mother in law for Christmas and she loved them and so did we, so we ordered ourselves a set. By far the best knife set I’ve ever had. Super sharp and the feel of the handle is amazing they are so smooth and soft feeling. We’ve been using them for 2 months now and so far none of the black has faded off but if that happens I’ll update this review.

Knives are great! The storage is functional and doesn’t take up too much space on the counter. They came extra sharp! I have only had about a month, so far so good!

These knives are so sharp. The come in a nice pretty hard plastic almost looks like glass. The slick black matte color is the best! Highly recommended!

I wanted steel knives (as a personal preference) and this set is absolutely perfect! I also wanted serrated steak knives and this set has them. The only drawback is I can't use the acrylic holder on my countertop as it's too high and hits the overhead cabinets. Keeping the knives in a drawer is okay with me but kinda defeats the purpose of the holder in the first place. Oh, well. I was amazed when I used the carving knife for the first time. It is so sharp it puts my old knives to shame. Great purchase, good selection of knives, and all at a reasonable price.

I really love this knife set, they are well made and the handles is really nice to hold, I also love the holder because it's easy to clean and modern.

I got these as a gift for a house warming present for my brother, he loved them, states that there really sharp and look great on his counter.
