It would, however, benefit from an update including an appendix with diagrammed case studies of the most popular and beneficial strategic structures and permutations.

Good read for starting a business.

Barely covers part of the basics grammar is terrible and it doesn't give any complete information. But if you're looking for a basic pamphlet on business law you found it. It jumps around a lot and doesn't talk about LLC much it mostly talks about C Corps and s corps.

This book is really a complete guide in having an LLC! It gives a lot of important information that is needed in starting up and making your LLC stable. It has helped us in many ways, most importantly in the accounting aspect, as my husband just started to be an independent contractor!

This gives good information on how to start a business. This seems better for someone already established who wants to transition to an LLC. I would like to see more on how to get established initially as a business. But it gives good information that is good to have.

Really slim book but packs a lot of information for beginners who want to start an LLC. Great recommendation
