The Good:-Sort of marks your club alignmentThe Bad:-Not the easiet to use-Always moves-Does always mark the club and then you have to reset itThe Bottom Line:I wanted to try this nymph code Golf Training Mat because I play a lot of golf. Usually I can tell how my clubface hits the ball and my swing path by how the ball goes. This mat is good in theory but is not that easy to use. You have to use this velcro tape to keep the mat down and even then it moves a little. The mat also doesn't always make a clear indication of my swing path. Overall, this might help some people but it did not help me.
