Best NaturalsAcetyl L-Carnitine 1000mg Capsule, 60 Count

I'm not a power-lifter or other athlete who takes this for muscle strength. I take a lot of supplements to help with various chronic problems & this is now on my daily "gotta take it" list. (Magnesium citrate is also on that list to ward off muscle cramps in my legs!) Definitely feel a difference overall, but especially notice less "brain fog", especially when I take it in combination with N-A-C. Supposedly Acytl-L-Carnitine has been shown to delay or slow progression of Alzheimer's, especially with N-A-C & cucurmin; that's another reason I take it, because I have a family history of AD & I have the APOE-4 genes. Hoping that's true!

Still swallowable, leaves no after taste, and high dosage and high absorbtion.

When I combined this with regular cardio on my recent cut I got some great results. Very simple, take a couple capsules before your workout and that’s it. No mixing powders, no funky flavors, just swig it back with water before your workout and boom.

These are my go 2. I feel 100% when I take them as directed! Helps aid in weight loss. Main reason I got them. Definitely lifts my mood as well.

My wife can not swallow this very LARGE pill and I can barely get it down. We think this product is one of the most important brain pills out there, but we will look for a smaller size so we can use the product. No where, on the bottle, does it say what size the pill is.

Great - the 1000mg is in one capsule. Similar products often have each capsule be 500mg, so it is necessary to take 2 of them to reach 1000mg. Of course, the price is still given PER CAPSULE, which is misleading. Will buy again.

HugeNot possible to swallow I am able to have big pills it’s not hard for me but this is just huge and NO RETURNS so straight into the trash!!!Very disappointed!!
