The media could not be loaded. At first I was going to use this in my memorial garden for my Handome Hottie Hound, Chopper John. Once we set it up, we decided to put it on our Front porch to keep it protected and out of the weather, and to further enjoy the sound of the fountain. It's gorgeous! So glad I purchased it!It didn't come with the transformer thats noted in the manual, but you don't need it. You can just plug it in. If you order it, go ahead and get Distilled water to use for the fountain so you're ready to use it when you get it.The connection tube is a bit tight and tough to connect. I recommend wetting it to help it it slip on. We used pliers to grip the tube to help apply the force needed to get it to connect and stay .I've read a lot of comments that people are disappointed, but I am 100% happy with this purchase.

DO NOT BUY THIS FOUNTAIN! When my fountain arrived the piece covering the water part of the bowl was broken.I really like the fountain the cost was high and I expected better quality in the product and with Toscano company.I called the company who made it Toscano. They told me since I bought this from Amazon I have to deal with Amazon. So Toscano does not stand by their product and are not willing to help. All they had to do was to ask what was broken and send out a new part.I then contacted Amazon they told me to send it back for a refund or to contact Toscano. Just one big circle!Amazon wanted me to return the whole heavy fountain by taking it back to an ups store, or for a cost to have someone come pick it up. That was a lose, lose situation.Be careful what you buy and who you are dealing with! You are better off going to your neighborhood garden center.Poor customer service with Amazon and ToscanoNow I have a broken expensive fountain

We absolutely love this fountain! One complaint/warning the tubing pump connection is extremely snug and extremely short. It was very frustrating to connect because there’s not a lot of room for your hand to get a good grip and once it’s connected be sure to get the pump all the way into the bowl or the water will not “bubble” up. That being said the frustration was well worth it! I highly recommend this fountain!

Love the fountain but you can't hear it!

Two stars for poor customer service and impossible assembly. Lovely fountain. Tube that attaches from water spout to pump too short to attach. Impossible to get your hand in the globe and attach the tube to the pump since the tube is cut off about 2 inches inside the part that will fountain the water. Cannot use the fountain. Pump provided with fountain should have been a model that has a removal adapter to attach to the tube and insert into the pump. I called Toscano customer service and the rep who was at home with a baby crying in the background stated that they do not support the product bought from Amazon even though they make it. I will not purchase Toscano products again.

I really love this fountain. We raise hounds so this was perfect for our house. I do not use the fountain because I have no way to get power to it but I love it as a garden sculpture.

A cute fountain isn't worth it if it doesn't work. My water pump lasted only 8 weeks. I contacted Design Toscano for a replacement pump and they said no...but offered me 15% off my next purchase. Save your money for a company where products and customer service actually work. Very disappointed.
