DERMA E Very Clear Acne Spot Treatment, 0.5 Oz

I have been looking for a spot treatment that was comparable to Proactiv's spot treatment! This is waaaaay better and has better ingredients!! I used it the first night and my pimples were either gone or way smaller. I am a woman in my 30's with acne from having a baby. I also use the Derma-E clear cleanser and the even tone serum! My skin looks amazing! I have very sensitive skin and tend to breakout with anything new. I did not break out at all!!!! I have finally found my forever facial routine!

I find that this works better than any spot treatment I've ever used. And it doesn't dry out the skin, which has been one of the problems with other products. It helps clear blemishes quickly and effectively, at least for me.

The box was crushed and tapped back together and the safety seal had been broken. And the item is non-returnable so I'm out $10! The product itself is great, but buy it else where so you don't end up with used contaminated merchandise!

I purchased this because I have "terminal" acne that sometimes is cystic and quite angry. This is a mild product, suitable for sensitive skin types. I have very sensitive, reactive skin, so the ingredient list was important to me. It worked somewhat, but cystic acne is stubborn! I probably couldn't have tolerated anything stronger. Overall it's a mild, but good product.

I've used a lot of acne spot treatments and have yet to find one that I love. I liked the natural ingredients and integrity of Derma E's products but this particular product wasn't as great as I was hoping it would be. I found that it didn't feel like it really absorbed into my skin very well. I used it at night before bed and when I woke up there was usually a flaky kind of film on the area where I applied the product. It was gentle and did not irritate my skin and had a pleasant smell.

I started using this about a month ago and my skin did a 360. I can't tell you when last my face looked the way it does now... probably pre-teen years. I wish I'd done a before photo to post but sorry, you'll have to take my word for it. In addition to this, I bought the Derma E Acne serum and the Derma E hydrating serum. I scrub and tone my skin before adding these products to my daily skin care routine. I've also been adding the on the spot treatment to my concealer (not under my eyes but to cover my blemishes) and I've added the serum to my foundation and I really think this is the secret to my skin success. I love that these products have most natural ingredients and it's not harsh on my skin. I'm almost 40 and was noticing cystic acne (or maybe the onset of cystic acne) and this has stopped since. I also change my diet somewhat (less greasy food and switched from my rich creamy coffee to a matcha green tea latte in the morning) and noticed this helped along with a proper skin care routine.

I use this whenever I spot a pimple forming, and it definitely dries up the smaller blemishes very quickly. Using too much gives me dry spots, but no redness, burning, or irritation.

This acne treatment was not as good as expected. First of all it had a very bad smell which made it hard to use. And it did not work as an acne spot treatment. Kind of disappointed in this product.

It arrived super promptly with a full size sample of another product!This is a repurchase as it is a magical treatment if you have some spots to deal with.
