Works well, heats up very fast, light weight, easy to use.

I've always been of the assumption that if it's expensive, it will work better. I have paid 4 times the price on another brand that never worked as well as this has. I love that the control settings are on the inside of the iron rather than the outside of the iron and you have more control on the temperature setting. I made this purchase to curl my hair and it works beautifully. I would definitely recommend this product!

My hair is straight and thin naturally, so I use flat irons just to keep everything in place. I purchased this flat iron to try using as a curl since that is one area I struggle. I've tried the heat on various settings and it doesn't seem to totally work on part of my hair. Other than that, it works great and is a good size. Really appreciated the clips that came with them as I really needed them!

This is an update from my original review !I was contacted by customer service if this brand and they told me about the 1 year warranty I wasn't aware, and they send me a brand new Flat Iron !!! So thank you so much and I highly recommend this productI'm rating it one Star cause it broke in 2 !! And still don't know how !! it was perfect it worked amazing !!!My last one lasted me for 10 years so, this thing breaking so fast on me hasn't make me happy at all !!

Great customer service! It stopped working after two month of purchase, but I really liked it. I contacted the seller, they responded very quickly on the same day, and sent me the replacement. Hopefully, this one last long time! I love this iron; it does not pinch my hair and glides smoothly in my hair and is light weight. The carrying pouch is beautiful!

This straightener is amazing! It heats up with in seconds and you can see it counting up in temperature! Also the little travel bag that comes with it is so cute and perfect for keeping it safe!

The first time I used this it melted my hair! I have very, very healthy hair and honestly this straightener ruined my hair in a few swipes. I’m hoping it can recover but I won’t be using this product again.
