I received the product quickly. I've used it a few days so for. It works as a moisturizer should,, but I'll know more after more use.

(Sigh... Maybe this time my review won't be rejected by the autofilter.) I've always been skeptical of anything that promises to increase size, sensitivity, amount or taste of semen, ejaculation frequency, etc., but considering that as I've aged it has become much easier for me to stress the skin on my penis through day-to-day "stress reduction" sessions, I decided I really didn't have anything to lose by trying this cream. Because it often takes me a long time to reach my "goal", it was not uncommon for me to be red, swollen, and in mild pain for two days after fapping. I've also noticed a decrease in sensitivity over time, and I thought that if something actually could help with that, it would be great. So I bought a bottle of the Black Bottle cream you are considering, and began applying it twice every day. It took a while for me to notice a difference (nearly 4 weeks), but there was an improvement in the overall health of my penile skin. It had become more supple, soft, and elastic. While I can't say that it increased sensitivity per se, it did start to feel better when engaging in some self love, simply because the skin was much happier and healthier. Over the last couple weeks, I've been going back to usually one application per day. I still have healthier skin, but not quite as much as it was when I applied the cream twice daily. As for how I use it, I first prefer to become erect to make application a bit easier. Then I squirt one pump onto my right forefinger and one pump onto my right thumb. Then I massage the cream into the skin while holding my penis between those fingers. My biggest complaint about this product is that the directions say to rub a small amount onto the skin "until noticeably absorbed". The problem is that it absorbs way too fast! I wouldn't mind at all if I had to keep rubbing and rubbing and rubbing to work it in. ;-) The bottom line: It's worth trying if the skin of your penis is anything less than perfectly healthy and happy. However, don't expect it to dramatically increase your sensitivity. If you buy with that attitude, and use it regularly for at least 4 weeks, you are likely to be satisfied with your purchase.

This product competes with MAN 1 MAN, which many guys like myself have found to be of great help with returning sensitivity to "the rod." Read all the reviews on both .... either one helps MOST guys with this issue. Maybe it's formula is even better .... I couldn't say, because I am alternating between the two at this point. But the pump? Useless. MAN 1 MAN is in a tube that you squeeze, and it is so easy to get a bit of the product out for application. Here is what I did today with Black Bottle Penile cream: I used a sharp knife and cut the bottle in half, then emptied it into a cleaned empty plastic jar (4.8oz Queen Helene Cocoa Butter ... the best stuff for SOLO play). Now when I need a dab of product, I'll just scoop out a bit. I hope that this company reads this review and goes to a tube .... or a jar.

First issue is the pump is a complete waste. It does not work and even shaking it vigorously you get one full pump then splatters the size of a small dot. After 2 full weeks I see nothing so great it does absorb and it is pleasant enough to apply after removing the pump and squeezing the product out and in most cases, too much product comes out so a waste of money. Alpha and good ol' coconut oil do an equal or better job at a fraction of the cost. I am returning it because the pump does not work and the product is not delivering what is promised. Save your money much better options for your manhood on amazon at a far reduced price.

As for the lotion itself it's great, but as you can see in the attached picture the pump on the bottle only reachs about 3/4 way down the bottle. This isn't acceptable when you are paying a premium price for this lotion and there is no good way to use the last 25%.

Just disappointing that i was given a damaged bottle as a result i cant place it to stand on the cabinet -
