Ordered after checking all the options...turned out to be an excellent choice. Delivered as promised, well packaged and at a really good price. Job in hand was (ex) mother-in-law’s patios...black spot everywhere and really bad...I had previously jet washed them but the black spot remained...treated it exactly as recommended and the result was virtually instant...all black spot totally eliminated...very easy as well...used a basic pump up pressure spray...and...and here’s a very nice touch...when I went to recycle the shipping carton I found a bottle of hand sanitizer...it was added free by the supplier...a very nice gesture in these days of tight margins etc etc. Thoroughly recommend this product, service and company. Just wish I’d video’d before and after. Thank you.

Arrived within 4 days. My patio and path had really bad black spot and slime. I didn't water down as is advised, just put in a watering can with flower top, and then went over with a hard brush to get in the nooks and crannies. You can see it working immediately. My patio and path have come up like new. It smells of bleach, and therefore would advise no pets or children around when working with this. Also wear old clothes - it is bleach! No more jet washing (too much hard work). Highly recommend.

This product was fantastic at getting very old black spots that had been on my patio for years even after giving them a good power wash.I sprayed the liquid on and left it for a few hours then rinsed off again with the hosepipe all the black spots had gone and the slabs came up beautiful and clean again.I would highly recommend this product.

Amazing stuff, treat with respect because it’s very strong. I used on render which had gone a bit green. About a 60/40 mix in a watering can poured over it and it started working instantly. Left it for only a few minutes before rinsing down and the render is bright white again.

Really works!! Hadn’t cleaned the patio in years (yikes). It really cut through all the dirt! Really happy!

Diluted at 4:1 and only partially cleaned my flagstones and made hardly any impact on driveway block paving. I had read that this ratio should be fine but it obviously needs to be stronger. Also, make sure that you have all the protective gear as the smell of chlorine is very strong and not to be messed with.

Ordered on 2nd June delivered 4th June, fast service, just moved into new house, paving in back garden absolutely filthy,sprayed product on I could see it working, left for 2 hours jet washed of, paving like new, ordered more for block paving at front of house more than pleased and a very reasonable price

I applied with a sprayer in a 1:4 mixture, 1 litre of product with 4 litres of water.The moss was well established and I applied the treatment evenly but without too much saturation. About 3 days later I could visibly see a change in the moss and a definite change to brown by the following week, it's seriously strong stuff so beware!
