They are 4 star speakers and deserve a 4 star review, however, the 3 stars is because they advertise the top of the speakers with the stand at a height that is just not true. The height showed with the DJ in the listing picture is about what you get. With the safety pin in the highest setting and the tripod expanded to a safe position, you get about 64 1/2" to the top of the speaker. You have to sacrifice stability and safety for every inch above that. I contacted them with the card they put in the package for problems, but never received a response and am stuck with stands the wrong height and if I buy the right height, I'm still stuck with these stands and for that waste and inconvenience that would've been circumvented by them being honest in the description I feel is fair to cost at least a star for customer support and features as advertised. Everything else has been fine to me.

overall this unit PPHP1049KT.5 gets a 5 out of 5 for me. I purchased the 10" set over the 8" as Amazon had them at a price difference of about 15 dollars, so not a huge leap. It came as a set of 2 speakers, 2 stands, a single wired mic, remote w/ batteries, the connecting line out to the second speaker, and the power cord. Everything was packaged to keep it safe, and not damaged. Very impressed with the unit, and the quality. I purchased this to use for the holidays on my Navy Base. I plan on hooking my projector up to play some cool halloween movies, with a light system, and this PA System for that extra great sound. This is also going to be great for Christmas as well, and if my Command needs help with any family, or military related functions, I can assist. One thing I would suggest in the making of the product maybe make the stands rubber feet a little more snug, or glued on, as they slide off pretty easily if your not conscious of holding them to extend the tripod legs. The line cable did come with the wires, and solder exposed as the threaded cover was loose and slid down, but I easily screwed them back on, and it was actually nice to be able to see it was soldered really well. Still exceptional quality and a great product. Tested it out with my girls signing some "Descendants 3" music, and they were over the moon. The bluetooth is impressive, and has a nice long range. I was playing the song and walked out my back door to the very end of my backyard, and no issues, nor any crackling. Great job PYLE. :)

For the weight and price I wasn't expecting much. I needed "something" to provide patriotic music during a half hour fireworks display for our local Knights of Columbus (KoC) Independence Day celebration. No music when I did this last hear, that show was very good but lacking the music which would have made it great. THIS YEAR - GREAT SHOW and very much appreciated by the audience with great reviews by leaders of other KoC groups. Now I use it to play practice tracks for our church choir rehearsals. I plan to use it enhance the frequent yard parties we have at home. On receipt tested it with MP3 files on thumb drive with audio set to max - absolutely NO DISTORTION and very rich highs and lows. Be careful when bringing up to ELEVEN, wear hearing protection! Hmm..... maybe I should have spent more time testing the remote. The stands are sturdy and all was very simple to set up. The inter-speaker connection cable could have been twice as long but that can be simply remedied with yet another Amazon purchase.

To be honest I expected a lot less. especially for the money. I know how much a FAIR PA can cost. on unboxing I could tell right away that this was different. couldn't wait to fire this up. plugged it in fired it up, went straight to USB and BOOM... Very Impressed. The stands that came with are twice as durable than I expected. I would recommend to anyone and would purchase it again if I needed to. Good job Pyle

These speakers are comparable to Bose, Atlantic, and surpasses jbl, Sony, and Panasonic. Above all of that the costumer service is 5+ stars all day long. I've been into great sound experience for many years. Sure there are better speakers on the market, but not at these prices. And certainly not with the costumer service Pyle offers.
