Fox Mud Guard MY21 36-38

Fits the fork amazingly. Keeps a good amount of dirt away and looks slick. Much more firm and durable that the thin guards that are placed with zip ties. Good protection and stops bigger chunks of dirt or rocks. Should get the bigger one for really wet places though.

Perfect match for the compatible FOX suspension. I recommend checking their website to make sure this is the correct mud guard because they have several variants. This is the "short" size for 36/38 models 2025 and earlier. There is also a compatible "long" size depending on what you are looking for. The fitting feels firm like you'd want it. There is a spacer on the pressure release screws that must be removed while the mud guard is installed. I suggest putting those somewhere safe if you ever want to remove this for some reason. Please read or watch the procedure before doing it, but it is a quick install.

I've used zip-tie fenders for years. They work great but can be a bit noisy and don't look all that great. This solves both issues. It has a barely there look and is rock solid with no rattles or issues. This is a bit shorter than the usual zip-tie fender and does not extend forward of the lower leg brace and thus offers a little less coverage than the cheaper options. But it sits close to the wheel and appears to capture a lot of dirt/water coming off the tire without any rub or interference. Overall, great.

alright, so if you know anything about mountain bikes, this isn't really a mudguard.it's sole purpose is to protect your stanchions from pebble spray. not so much protecting you. what can I say? it looks pretty and has seamless integration. i'll put it on my 38 Factory and rip the bikepark.if you wanted a "real" "mud" guard go and get yourself an RRP ProGuard.

This is advertised as fitting Fox 36-38. I was able to screw it on the Fox 34 with the two supplied screws. It's right at fork. It does have two wings or holes but unable to use and I don't think I have to. It might vibrate but stayed flexible. I'll update if I find it does not work not otherwise all I could gone was zip tie ones that moved
