If you don't want the snaps on there, just cut them off. I ordered a leopard print pillow from this same company and it did come with the snaps. Since I don't really like the snaps, I cut the tabs off and you can't even tell they were there. The best way to do this is: a. Hold the pillow right above where the tab is, b. Have someone else hold the tab, c. Now, have each person pull the pillow and the tab toward yourself (which means you pull the pillow and the tab away from each other) d. Then take scissors and cut the tab off as close as you can without cutting into the seam of the pillow. This is exactly how I cut the tabs/snaps off and like I said, you can't even tell that they were there. By pulling the pillow and tab away from each other, you can cut the tab off much closer. You can use the same steps to cut the manufactures instruction tab off as well.
