I purchased the $129 board with no speakers, just wanting to learn how to start mixing tracks for fun. It's a purchase I've been sitting on for over a year now and I'm so glad I chose this board to use as my first one. It's very beginner friendly with a full downloadable program, instruction manual, and thousands of YouTube videos to teach me how to use the more complicated features. I like that I can just play the music from my laptop speakers and not have to buy anything fancy. DJing is not something you can just pick up doing, but I feel like I'm already doing such a great job. There are a few additional purchases I've had to make for this that maybe other beginners won't think about. For example: -A USB to USBC converter for my Mac. It cost me about $30 with tax and I just grabbed it at the grocery store. -The SoundCloud+ subscription. If you're already an Apply Music user, you should have thousands of songs to choose from. However, I prefer Spotify as my personal streaming platform, so I tried the SoundCloud+ subscription knowing I could find a much bigger space of mixes on there. It's $10 a month additionally though so I don't know if I'll keep that for long or make the switch to Apple. No problems with this baby so far tho!!! Love it :)

Great little budget controller. Limited features, but at this price point, it's expected. Jog wheels work well. Multi function hot cue and effects buttons. Great to prepare mixes at home, or little at home parties. I wouldn't use this one as my main controller at a function or wedding, but if you had nothing else, ...this would Definitely get you through. Great back-up. Both my MacBooks running Virtual DJ recognize it instantly. My only gripe is that there's no "notch" on the pitch sliders. But again, at this price, ...understandable.

I really like this DJ controller for what it is: a simple, compact, beginner friendly controller. There are a couple of controller-specific YouTube videos to train you on absolute basics of this deck and so far I feel confident with what I've learned. I can see how some people find it a bit limiting, but for the cost, portability, and simplicity, I think it does everything it needs to do. I am deducting a star because I wish the buttons weren't so clicky and loud, but otherwise, I'm incredibly happy with this purchase.

What can I say, this is a great novice mixer. In college I was a Technics MK1200 and Numark guy. That was a super long time ago. Having experience with Numark products it was a natural choice when I wanted to get back into mixing AND teaching my 10 year-old how to spin the virtual wheels of steel. This console hasn't disappointed. BUT oh I wish I had researched all of the software that claims to be compatible. Here is the short story: not all software is compatible with the computer operating systems listed. Saying the software works with MacOS or Windows 10/11 is slightly misleading. The software may be generally compatible with an OS but not specifically compatible with that OS on a particular computer device. The sound card may not be supported, or you may need more RAM, or in some cases the chipset isn't supported. This was a WTF moment for me. I tried every software platform that is claimed to be compatible with this mixer and found hiccup and glitch time and again. I advise knowing the software's system requirements before buying any mixer. Then once you know your device will work with the software shop for a board. I'm very happy with this mixer. But I'm not happy that to get the full experience of the available software I had to buy another computer. That was my solution. There are other solutions. I personally like an excuse to get a new computer. But not everyone wants to make that kind of investment for a starter mix board and a basement hobby.

This is an awesome little piece of kit. I connect it to the Djay app on my macbook and it works great. The unit handles all the audio channels so you can cue a track with headphones and have the main audio coming out of the speakers without any lag so mixing is easy. (just don't use bluetooth as that will lag!) The platters feel pretty good, they are small but perfectly adequate for scratching. The cross fader is lovely, very fluid and easy to crab. The buttons and knobs all feel sturdy and the entire unit feels very well built for the price. I didn't expect to use the lights, I thought they were a bit of a cheap gimmick, but I actually really like them. They are sound-to-light and in a dark room they are enough to really create a party atmosphere. You can turn them off completely if you don't want them though. The new cable set up (compared to the previous hard wired version) is much much better! Cables break and a hard wired cable breaking can easily kill a device, with this you can easily get a new cable if needed and it's also much neater to store or carry without leads hanging out of it. The cable is a like one of those standard printer ones with the square connector so very cheap and easy to replace. I've had a few of these controllers over the years, and used to DJ on much more expensive equipment. This is great for playing around at home and it's very light and compact so good to have in your bag as a back up if needed at a gig. I use this with my laptop and a W-King speaker, without needing to plug anything it, so you can just go a DJ in a random field or on the beach if you want to :)

Het mengpaneel werkt goed, voelt goed en degelijk aan. Op de labtop werk het programma goed (terwijl mijn labtop 13 jaar oud is) aantal knoppen klinken wel hard als je ze indrukt, maar als je het muziek wat harder zet zul je het vast niet meer horen. Heb het samen gekocht met een grote muismat en game muis en vindt het wel mooi bij elkaar passen.

Hızlı elime ulaştı. Scratch yapmak için aldım. Jog wheellar haliyle bi tık ufak ama alışınca sorun olmuyor. Hafif, taşınabilir. Tidal vs denemedim içindeki beatlerle idare ediyorum şimdilik. Serato dj lite işimi görüyor ama kısıtlamaları var tabii. Toparlarsam üründen memnun kaldım. Arkadaş ortamında djlik yapmak isteyenlerin işini görür bence.
