I got this item and thought it was a great price. After trying to activate the box I was not able to do so... After a week wait for Dish to try and fix this problem (it was programmed to the east coast sats and I am on the West...) Dish was unable to fix the problem and after playing with this they replaced the box for me instead of having to ship it back....Be careful of what you buy... Item never worked. Was programmed wrong...

Had the 612 and am much happier with the 625. There are less quirks, less freeze ups, less heat, and much less noise. I love all the features. There is always room for improvement, but this works well for our second receiver.

Purchased a 625 DVR from satellite oasis DVR was defective still out $95 not to happy this was one of my first online purchases left a very bad tast in my mouth

This product works exactly as it was advertised. Very satisfied with the results. Easy installation. Couldn't ask for more !

Git here really quickly and works perfect. So much better than renting it from the company, and my brother can hook it up, so no need for a service call from Dish.

Service rep simply rude, was not helpful at all. I do not recomend this company. Dish network is not so great either.

Had to send back this item as it was not compatible with our system. Returning this item was very easy.
