The description says there are 3 dials in the face but none of the photos or video show these dials. Can someone please clarify?

Clarification: there are not 3 subdials, however, this watch does have a second hand, and day & date windows.

All of our products are designed in-house by our creative team at our corporate office in Texas. The products are then manufactured in several countries of the Far East.

Can links be removed from the band to fit a slimmer wrist?

Yes, this watch is adjustable. Take it to your local reputable jeweler for adjustments.
