What a difference this cart has made to my overall enjoyment of the game! Let me tell describe how great it is.1. The frame is light weight but strong and well designed. I am a 73 yr old woman and can easily load and remove it from my cargo area. I believe I could do it easily from a trunk. The folding process is easy- loosen the knob that adjusts the height of the handle then press down and presto- it’s folded. It does have a wide wheel base which makes it more stable on the course. The tires can also be scraped down or cleaned before putting in your vehicle.2. The remote is very sensitive and works very well. The button must be depressed more than 1 second, longer to make it speed up or slow down. While using the remote do not try to steer it, use the right and left buttons. It turns on a dime. The more you want it to turn, the longer you depress the button. I would suggest you hang the remote on the cart rather than shoving it in your pocket as if a button is pressed, your cart will respond.3. If you choose to guide the cart when walking in tight areas or keeping pace with fellow players, this easily done by pressing the center button on the cart handle which is easily seen as it is encircled in a blue light. I have to press it firmly initially but after that, one press signals it to go. The speed is governed by a knob that is forward and to the right on the cart frame. Turn the knob towards you makes it slow down, away from you makes it speed up. It’s a gradual speed control so you are never pulled or dragged, just dial in your preference. Press the button once to make it stop. It’s very easy to transition between using the remote and the cart by pressing the lit up button on the cart to cancel the remote which stops the cart and then press that button again to control it yourself. Using this system you can guide the cart manually.4. Wheel design- I have played 4 times with this cart in January. I live in southeastern PA and our ground is frozen in some places while muddy in others. This cart has performed well no matter where it goes, whether on uneven turf or gravel, due to the anti tip front and rear wheel. It rebalances itself remarkably. It also adjusts to going downhill.I am sure I will discover more attributes given time. This is the second electric cart I have owned and this upgrade is astounding. I had to hold onto to my old cart as it would take off and wouldn’t stop. The speed wasn’t continuous so either I trudged slowly forward or was dragged. That cart was also very heavy while this one is so much lighter making it easier to load and unload as manually direct when desired. I was reluctant to purchase a new electric cart but I can’t tell you how happy I am that I did!

This is a great cart from an amazing small company that knows how to take care of their customers. I wanted to walk golf courses but not be worn out after carrying my clubs it pushing a cart uphill for 4+ hours. This is the answer. If you have problems, call them, they will walk you thru the solution. You have two different choices for use, remote control, easy to use after you get use to it, or what I callLawnmower mode where you walk behind and the cart can pull you along. My home course is pretty hilly and I do need to watch how it take the cart over mounds and up hills. It can tip since the wheel base is not as wide as a typical push cart. But after a little practice you will be accustomed to the best routes to take. I have only used my cart for 18 holes, but my battery usually reads around 45% left after a days use. I could easily play 27 off a single charge. I would also suggest you buy the battery power LED cable as this will tell you how much battery you have left. I also love how the wheels pop on and off with easy so it fits easily with my cart bag in my hatchback. I really don’t think you will be sorry with your purchase, but make sure you get a cart bag for use as it will ride better than a stand bag and you can use the extra weight for better balance in use. I love my cart, very happy with my purchase!

This is the 3rd Remote Cart that I have used in the past few years and it is by far the best one! The remote has an amazing range and works right every time (a problem with other carts). It also is very stable - my Bat Caddy VR4 tipped over often, so stability is a wonderful feature. For me, it makes golfing so much more fun and is so much easier on my back! I walk 18 holes 5 days a week and this cart can easily be charged every other round. I had read that the remote batteries did not last long but I didn't have to change mine for over 6 weeks (30 rounds). I love the trolley mode as well and unlike some other remote carts, if you start it in trolley mode, it can be overridden and controlled by the remote with ease. Also, the Slope Control is awesome! I would buy this cart again and have recommended it to all of my friends. Best Cart Ever!

I've used the cart for 5 rounds. In general it works well, but I'm not blown away. Here are a few comments...- Slope control isn't exactly controlled. If I don't significantly reduce the speed when going down hill, the cart would fly. I typically use the factory preset 1 or 2 when going downhill.- When going uphill, I have to significantly increase the speed to keep the cart in front of me. I start at factory preset 4, then increase speed from there.- Steering when going uphill is difficult to control. I have a cart bag, added bottles of water, 2 dozen extra balls, 2 sets of raingear, umbrella, etc.‐ Any significant turn brings the cart nearly to a stop.- The clip to hold the remote isn't very strong. The remote falls off easily.I think this cart would work well on a fairly flat course. For my course (which is hilly), it's somewhat difficult and not ideal.

After several years of avoiding walking the course because of back pain resulting from pushing a cart, I can finally enjoy walking the course again. This cart is well-designed, light weight, and fits into the trunk of my small sedan. And, the customer service is outstanding. They answer questions quickly by email or phone. Highly recommended.

This cat is really great. It's very stable and goes plenty fast enough. The battery easily lasts an entire round. The remote is great and so is the trolley mode. It folds up well and is light enough to lift it in and out of the trunk. Certainly beats a push cart!

I've had this cart for a few months and have used it quite a bit. It's very well made and works easily.

I bought this cart based solely on the numerous positive reviews ( no negs ) and was not disappointed! Easy to use, easy to program the remote, worked exactly as advertised ( owners YouTube video ) and is sooo much fun to drive around the course! Looks better in person, and the extras (especially the storage bag) are a plus.
