The car is skid-steer (front wheels don't steer. It steers like a tank, by stopping the wheels on one side from steering. It's quite nippy, but not fast enough to be a problem for younger children. It looks funky, and is quite tough. One major plus is that it works on mown grass (struggles on longer grass)!The tail fell off mine, first time out, but it's only held on with a little screw, so easy to fix with a blob of glue. Despite this, I'm happy to give five stars, because it's really great fun, and a very very good RC car, especially for younger kids.

At first I was impressed at how fast this little car could go until I realised that the power for it is too much and you can't get the car to go forwards without it flipping onto its back. You would have to drive it in in circle first to make it go forwards. When it did eventually go forwards my 5 year old drove it over a bump and the tail immediately snapped clean off. After driving it for 20 minutes the rubber tread around one of the wheels came off. Very poorly designed. I would rate it zero stars if I could.

The media could not be loaded.  It is a very cool looking toy which comes in a nice packaged.I bought this race car as a present for my niece she absolutely loves, its quirky and different. I think the colour and design really intrigued her. The shark shape of the car was a big hit as she is a huge fan of baby shark. She hs a huge smile on her face I think us adults have enjoyed the car more than her.It’s is Really good on grass or sand if you looking something speedy. The car is quite light so she can carry it along with her. It has kept her entertained for hours and I always end up charging it for the next day so it’s ready for her. She always wakes up abs asks for itShe loves to chase it as it drives and loves being chased by it!!! She loves to show everyone e how fast her car is driving.It is a great product and the controls are easy to use and he control is a nice e size for her little hands, it’s sturdy aswell. The car is easy to operate and she picked it up In no time there are several functions to the car. The battery is like is ok, but overall the race ca riz durvale and sturdy.it’s a perfect gift for any child who loves cars! It is definitely worth the money on comparison to other cars out there. I would definitely buy it again for kids in the family. It works great, looks great and drives great!

Bought this for my son for his birthday. He loves it. Its easy to control, so even though he's only 5 he enjoys being able to play with it on his own. It seems sturdy too. It is great for the price and my son loves the fun design. We've not tried the waterproof function but I'm sure we will soonOnly down side was that it took 7 days to arrive when it was meant to be next day originally.

My 7year old son loves it, and have great fun playing with it. Battery lasts well, just a bit of a hassle to take it out, charge, and put back in with a screwdriver (provided). But we like the fact that it is rechargeable.Only thing is, about a week in my son was playing with it when it did a usual stunt flipping backwards when driving up something. The tail broke off! My husband manoeuvred something and reattached it with a cable tie so good now, but just not what you would expect 7days in…

This item worked precariously to start but we thought it might be us so kept trying to change batteries or recharge. Eventually, our son lost interest & we forgot about it. Now we are trying everything again to get it to work but it isn’t.Sadly, the company won’t let us even contact them. They’ve shut the returns window. Won’t help. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!

My 6 yo loves this car especially for water resistance! He loves making waves splashes in paddles. Great fun!I will definitely recommend this car as its simply great!

Bought for 5 year old and he loves it we've had it on the beach and it performed well even with sand and water, its also took a stumble down the stairs an the only victim was its tail everything else worked fine so very durable 👍
