This phone is HEAVY. But that's what you expect from a pretty big battery and a "rugged" phone. Overall this phone has been pretty good over the *few months*. There was some fairly bad glitching with the spacebar on the keyboard. It froze up the keyboard for several seconds at a time. *Switched the keyboard type and it seems to have resolved this issue.*This is a solid phone. Especially if you drop your phone often, like I do. This phone is water resistant and resilient. The plugs for the charge and earbud ports are tightly fitted, which is a good thing. I know some people complain about them not fitting in correctly, and you do really have to push on them to get them in. I expect this adds to the water resistance.This is probably a really good phone for an outdoors guy. I drop my phones so often, the first couple times I dropped this one I was really scared, but it didn't react like other phones. No screen scratches or cracks, no discoloration (so far), and it just keeps going. For that reason, I've changed my rating from 3 stars to 4. I probably WOULD buy this phone again, even though the interface/OS needs some work.

Tough and durable with a battery that lasts for days, this phone is great... but it randomly dismounts the SD storage and needs to reboot to get it back.

Seems like the phone is not connected at times as I am told by family members that they have called and the phone continuously rings and doesn't connect. Is it the Volte 4g network? I contacted the company via the link on Amazon, but they say they cannot help me because they are the main factory/supplier in Asia.Bought this phone on Amazon site because it said it was the USA store and it had a one year warranty. Listing was from "U.S. Smartphone Store" NOT TRUE! BUYER BEWARE!From the listing: "And we provide 12-month USA local warranty. If you have any questions about the mobile phone, we will reply you within 24 hours."If I could give zero stars I would.

Phone froze and didn’t want to boot up, switched on but only the Blackview logo came up. Did soft and hard reboot, nothing!

Keeps breaking it's chargers. Everything else works fine. It does seem glitchy though.

Das Blackview BV4900 PRO Android 10 4G hat mich sehr angenehm überrascht !Hätte nicht damit gerechnet für diesen Preis so ein gutes Gerät zu erhalten .Habe mich gewundert ,dass ich nicht nicht einen negativen Punkt finde !Hinsichtlich der Haptik,der Einstellung und der Menuestruktur ganz toll undes kann mit doppelt so teuren Geräten mithalten !!Wenn nun auch die Aoutdoor- Eigenschaften ,die Acculaufzeit und die Lanzeitqualitäteintreten ,kann ich diesem Geheimtipp gerne 5* vergeben .Wenn dann der Händler im Garantiefall von 2 Jahren auch so gut ist ,wird meinnächstes Gerät sicher auch da gekauft !H.P.MORA

Also für 150€ ist dieses Handy echt ein Schnäpchen was man da alles bekommt, Wasserdichtes Handy für so einen Preis!Akkulaufzeit hält auch gut durch.Die Musikwiedergabe ist auch sehr gut. Verarbeitung ist Top!Nur zu bemängeln ist das bei mir das Mikrofon nicht funktioniert, was etwas ärgerlich ist aber sonst ist es ein gutes Handy.

Se descompuso en menos de 1 año, septiembre 2021- abril 2022.Se reinicio automáticamente y apareció un pantalla con un menú (Android recovery), se trató de reiniciar el sistema y no pasa nada, te devuelve al mismo menú aun reseteandolo.El teléfono no recibió golpes fuertes, no se sumergió en ningún tipo de líquido, no fue expuesto a calor ni frío extremo, simplemente dejó de funcionar.
