Wish I had gotten this sooner...
This tool works like a charm. The BNC connectors have been have been a pain to connect / disconnect for years. Especially when working in tight spaces. This solved the problem and made the task much easier. If you struggle with BNC connectors, this is the tool to get.

Not for most molded CCTV camera cables
A handy tool for my toolbox. Unfortunately is does not work on most on the CCTV camera connectors as the plastic cable housing is larger than the BNC bayonet so the tool will not slide over the plastic to engage the rotating part of the connector lock. It works perfectly for all normal BNC connectors just not molded CCTV camera cables.

Works perfectly for tight spaces
I have a component that has many BNC connections very close together in 2 rows. There is not enough space to push and turn the BNC connector with my fingers. It is impossible to get to the bottom row and very difficult to access the top row.I thought there must be a tool to access these connectors. I chose this one and it works perfectly. I chose the compact tool because it is short since I don't have a lot of maneuvering room. The tool is very well made and it completely solved my problem with connecting and disconnecting.
