One size
Used it a few times and worked well until the Zipper broke, and wouldn't hold the bottle very well.

Waste of money.
I bought this pricey belt because I used the VaperHowe waist belt for years and loved it. I figured Nathan knew what it was doing, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The part of the belt that sat on the small of my was too stiff. The pouch itself was flimsy and didn't secure the soft flask well. The flask kept popping out. While running, it was difficult to replace the flask back in pouch. The flimsy adjustable strap on the sides was a joke. To top it all of the zipper to the phone pouch broke on my 2nd run. I dont know what Nathan was thinking by replacing the Vaperhow with this overpriced, useless and easily broken waistpack. Ten thumbs down!!! Buy a Flip Belt.

Velcro wears down quickly
I want to love this. I loved it at first. But after a few uses the Velcro started to rip off. I sewed it back up but now it has worn down and doesn’t stick enough. The water bottle falls out when running. I wish it had a loop latch instead of Velcro!

Great product wrong size
Would be helpful to have a sizing chart to order the right size. Great product other than that.

Almost unusable.
I’ve been running with nathan vaporkrar waistpak for 3 years and it’s been fantastic. I used this for ONE run and it was nearly unusable. The water bottle feature is a terrible design. The water bottle will not stay in. The Velcro does not close properly and the the string to close the Velcro gets stuck on the velcro instead and makes the problem worse. The pak is also much wider than the previously mentioned belt and so if you run with no shirt or wear this under your shirt it rubs on your lower back.Slight change also is the zipper is more of a left handed zipper. Ie you have to open the ouch with your right hand and put phone in with your left. Not a major negative but an adjustment.Overall: going to attempt to return this one and find another pak.(Took for a gentle Road/trail run for +7 miles)

My favorite belt
This is by far my favorite running belt can be slightly adjusted on the sides because yes tha material isn’t super stretchy but it doesn’t need to be eitherThe only reason I give it 4 stars is because the water bottle sucks once I replaced it with anothe slightly smaller soft bottle I’ve used mine for two years and still super happy

Distracting while running
The belt does not have a great fit due to the inability to adjust. Also, the water bottle continuously pops/falls out while running. The velcro does not seem to hold as designed. Had to buy a different belt.

Hands free belt
Used this to run the LA marathon. Enough space to carry all my gels, salt tabs, and enough water to get me through a marathon in the heat.
