My Samsung washer had torn at the bottom( 1/2 inch square) looked like someone knocked the front small tooth we all have. Called a repair guy and quoted above $300. So I looked where everyone looks ...YouTube. So in the next 4 days before the weekend I woke up, ate and and slept this tutorial on a reapair man that shows you how to do it. Tackled this satuday morning by noon was done had lunch with the queen and she thought I was a hero and partied all night. In all seriousness it takes about an hour , have a second hand for moral support ( and use him or her for support when you tilt the machine) and watch the video and its a simple process. Make sure the model number matches the part number before ordering . Great peoduct overall.
