Extremely Sharp, never dull blades!

Very sharp, good knives, just have to remember not to cut on plates. Love them. They are not strong though. I cut into a watermelon which had partially frozen and the knife shattered seemed like the cold made it brittle. But otherwise best knives I've ever used. I broke a second one, very weak knives.

I purchased these as a gift. I have owned a few of these and always love them and I knew the recipient did too. I thought about getting a cheaper alternative, but after reading the reviews decided to go with what I knew was excellent. About the same time I ordered these the recipient mailed some knives to the company for sharpening which they do for free but you have to pay for the postage. They mailed them back three brand new knives and they were thrilled. What company does this? I will stick with them!

This product is dangerous! broken into our food with the first use

Really sharp knife set. However, the knife tips are thin and fragile, so tips will break off if users try to pry something (more on the user error side)

Knives work very well. Very sharp and easy to use.

Bought again. Had a set of 4 that stayed sharp for 4 years. Two broke after falling off the counter onto tile multiple times and slicing blocks of cheese... which is advised against. Knives are good so I bought again, although can be fragile if not used and stored properly.
