The clock is a great addition to the Echo dot.

Great, even for a semi-techie person
I am very happy with my purchase. This is a new item for me and not going to lie, I never even thought of getting one until it was advertised on Prime days (well done, marketing team!). I’m glad I took the plunge, it serves as my alarm clock, and my system for music, and my audiobooks. I’m still getting used to the other options that it offers that I haven’t dove into just yet. It’s already had a very positive impact on my life. And now I want to get one for my living room, so I can have music throughout. I guess that will make vacuuming more fun :/

Very enjoyable.
The Eco 4th generation is an excellent sounding music source along with the other various function this item provides. I certainly enjoy the music quality and would very highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys quality a music listening experience as much as I do. This refurbished unit functions flawlessly.

Awesome gift for elders
I purchased this echo as a gift for my mothers 70th birthday. I wanted her to have something she could just talk to and ask questions regarding the weather and news. We were able to connect her music platform that she enjoys listening to, and will also purchase lightbulbs to pair with for her to easily turn on and off. The only downside I had was that the initial setup was not as easy with pairing instructions with wifi. Other than that she loves the echo dot and I’m happy with my purchase.

First time user
I am surprised by the amount of cost, the sound quality at the mid-range very decent, I haven't anything like this before so I am excited to learn. The only thing I am disappointed about is the limited A I & instructional capabilities Alexa has and limited types of voices. Hopefully in the future they will have software updates to correct the issue.

Good product
I have now removed alarm clocks from the bedroom and replaced them with 2 of these units. I like to be able to talk to alexa to set the alarm or just fall asleep by asking for sleep music for 20 minutes. I was a good value and being refurbished makes no difference to the quality of the product.
