the nozzle has no opening for the water to come out. Can't use at all. And the seller doesn't respond.

Great cup
This is a great water cup. I love that it's dishwasher safe. The look of it is very nice and seems durable. The straw works perfectly and isn't leaky. I enjoy this cup.

Excellent quality water bottle
This Camelbak water bottle works great and is easy to keep clean. Sometimes the clear mouthpiece falls off but other than that this is an excellent water bottle.
