Works as described.
It worked fine, with wind hitting powerline I didn't lose power to my modem which is the only thing connected at this time.

Dead after 8 months. No longer holds a charge. No longer covered by customer service
Don't waste your money. It worked fine for the first few months but now I am stuck with a dead battery. Power went out and I lost a few hours worth of work. Absolute garbage.

Of limited value without an app for Windows to tell computer to shut down when mains power fails
Can't find any software or app to link the UPS to the PC to tell Win11 to shut down. The provider's website mentions and app, but doesn't offer one. Without that trigger, it will be like ripping the plug out of the wall instead of a programmed shutdown. Taking off another star.

Items no longer working
I have contactacted customer support about the 2 battery backs a little while back.One of them completely quit working and the other is making a loud clicking sound about every 10 seconds.I have not received a response.

An Absolute WASTE of Money!
In far less than a year of use, this product miserably failed when I needed it MOST! Please, for your peace of mind and value of your hard earned dollars, don't WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MISERABLY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!

Powerless
Don't buy this UPS. It didn't have the power to even keep 1 3d printer running for a few seconds. The printer only draws 2 amps, less than a computer.
