The reason for only 4 stars is, I havent had it long enough to review it but so far so good. All functions work. Ive had it half a day.. not much else to say at the moment. It arrived well packaged and on time. Generic box (so maybe not good enough to gift as a present) the sim card slot pin and the charging cable is included.No plug/earphones but it says that in the description so i wasnt expecting to receive them anyway.

Right, the phone came broken. The screen was messed up and not working the sound distorted and not function, but, this is a big but, the service is amazing the refund was swift and they process it fast and easy, painless they even refunded the postage

the phobe arrived before it was expected , very well packgaged , the phone itself is in excellent condition would not know its not new , its for a christmas present so not been used yet.
