Just what we needed
Good quality product and cleaned the outside windows of our balcony super fast and easy. We live on the intracoastal in Florida and salt from the water gets on the windows and was difficult to clean. Now it is a breeze.

It extends as described but the "Pin" that allows full extension is a bit difficult to engage and disengage.Product is good for cleaning sliding glass balcony windows and overall i am pleased.The cleaning sponge is not designed to be replaceable which would be a more environmentally friendly option.
