I'm using these to run from a Raspberry Pi to a breakout on a breadboard. This length seems to be about right. Since I need many for students, this packaging and price point were the best for me. Buy by price. There's not much product differentiation in the ribbon cable market...

These are fine. Be careful of trying to power a Pi 3b+ (or similar) using this cable. A single 28AWG connector (appears to be aluminum wire) of this length with 2A load will drop the voltage 0.31V, which gets you into the undervoltage danger zone. (Additionally, 2A is apparently technically too much current for 28AWG wire thermally, though I didn't have any issue with that.) Using both 5V pins as well as multiple grounds may help.

Does the job and the price is ok. If the two boards to be connected are far apart you might need a longer cable version. Quick fast shipping by amazon

I had some custom PCBs with a connector inadvertently rotated by 180 degrees so that it would not mate to the intended other board properly. I found these and was able to connect the boards and it worked out well.

Great ribbon cables. I used them to connect them to the GPIO pins of a raspberrypi.
