If you have yo wear compression on your arms and have sensory sensitivities, these are not half bad. They feel like real material rather than thick stocking and they contain the massaging flat weave great foe lipedema.

5’5, 120 pounds, purchased the small. I’ve spent more time and money than I care to admit researching pressure garments. I had an arm and thigh lift. This is my favorite. The compression is consistent and strong. Yes you do have to work at it to get them on but no worse than support pantyhose. Some of the others I have tried were much worse. In an already uncomfortable period of time, these are the best I’ve tried! For the purposes of post op anyways

I bought the black one a few weeks ago since I always have bloating in my armpits and arms (everywhere in my upper body really) due to hypothyroidism and other issues. Minor compared to people who suffer from lymphedema but still noticeable for me. I got liposuction years ago but the arm sleeves I had from back then are loose now. These are awesome, they give the right amount of tight compression without discomfort and feeling like your blood flow is cut off, haha. No issues with digging into the armpit but I do like that due to the shape, it does still compress there, something you can't get from the individual-type arm sleeves that only go up to your upper arm, you know? I loved them so much I bought this beige one. No issues with the back riding up or anything like that. On your first wear, if you find it uncomfortable like the back is pulling on the back of your neck, try flipping it upside down. After the first wear it really doesn't matter which way you wear it as it will stretch a bit (but not get overly loose). I think that's why they don't label which side is up since either it doesn't make a difference after the first wear, or if it does, then which side you prefer to be up may be based on your own body and fit. For reference, I bought a small/medium. My upper arm circumference is about 10". I'm 5'2", weight is about 120 lbs. The size is good for me. Honestly if they ever go on sale I might buy another...

By far, the most comfortable arm compression garment I have found. It gives a great amount of compression without being too tight, and I love how it goes across the back instead of across the front like so many others do. It just fits more comfortably that way. I was worried about whether or not it would be irritating in the armpit area over my incisions, but it isn’t at all! Definitely recommend!

I wasn't sure what to expect, I was unable to exercise after breast surgery and this did the trick to minimize any swelling in my arms or lymphadema related to fluid shift- They're also very comfortable. I don't care about the little marks that it makes on my arm. It disappears pretty quickly when removed I have to to remind myself to take it off. it feels that good.
