Hantek DSO4254C 4CH oscilloscope (DSO4254C, DSO4254C, DSO4254C1)

I bought their higher-end model MPO6204D which has 4 analog, 16 digital, a DMM and 2 function generators. I took a lot of time choosing a brand/model and the Hantek's offer the most features for the money. It is pretty easy to use although some of the menus and touch screen menus leave some to be desired. I love having 2 function generators available at the same time I'm taking measurements.The unit unfortunately has unpredictable bugs in its operation. This is most consistently is when I activate 3 or 4 of the inputs simultaneously. It runs 2 channels fine, but sometimes freezes-up when more are activated and has to be rebooted. The rest of the bugs are various and unpredictable, but occurs when inputting commands via the buttons. I have sometimes had problems with operating the function generators too. There appears to me to be a serious software or overburdened CPU problem. Sometimes inconvenient, other times very frustrating when I have to reboot the machine and it looses all of my settings every time!!!On top of it all, I had to wait 4 months to get it with the chip shortage.This is only a good value if it actually works accurately and reliably. This in my experience typifies Chinese electronics....just pretty boat anchors. I took a chance and I lost.
