I have bought 3 of these now and they are perfect small compact units and I am very impressed, I suppose only downside is the lack of a HDMI but its not a problem with me.I would recommend using a network connection or investing in a WIFI 6 dongle (if your router supports it) as the supplied dongle is basic but not the best.If you need PC for web browsing and general day to day business its more than adequate.I am very impressed, it arrives as like new well packaged but Amazon require a PIN so you have to be for delivery so locker delivery is not possible but they will take to a parcel shop hub.

The computer arrived the day after it was ordered. Followed the vendor's instruction sheet that came with the computer and connected all peripheral devices before staring the machine. I then installed Corel Graphics Suite from a USB memory stick - the installation was, to my mind, very slow. When the installation finished I found that I could not start any of the Corel applications. I tried restarting the computer but it took almost 10 minutes to boot into Windows! I again tried to open a graphics app but this caused Windows to bomb out - and I was left with a black screen displaying the message: "! Alert. Hard drive not found" along with a menu of alternative fixes - all of which were unresponsive .I presume that the problem is the result of a defective SSD drive and/or RAM.An excerpt from an information sheet from the vendor, S E Remarketing, reads: "If you have any issues at all regardless of what it is please contact us before you open a return so that we can correct whatever issue you have," Acting on this I telephoned the vendor to report that the computer has hardware problems. I was told that the person who could help me was not available and that I should phone "a little later" but when I phoned later I was told that the person who could help me would return my call "soon".I still have not had a call from the vendor - 30 hours after their promise to contact me!Due to their unbelievable pathetic customer service I have decided to return the computer to Amazon.CAVEAT EMPTOR

I thought the price was good when I purchase it - but thought it was better than good once I'd gone hands on and seen how very speedily the system (and its SSD) worked.Then I realised that the optical drive supplied was a reader, not a writer as advertised.So I contacted the seller.A writer was despatched to me that same day, turned up the following day and has now been fitted and works fine.What a nice company to deal with!

I use the PC with my TV as a monitor and in conjunction with a Roku stick.

This was advertised as complete with keyboard and monitor. Neither were supplied, just the computer unit. Computer works fine, but obviously buying a monitor and keyboard separately has made it significantly more expensive.
