Working good, no issues, style is good, sound level is good as well, great choice for medium sized family

I was worried about buying the Russell Hobbs Fridge Freezer as I read comments about the product being damaged on delivery but this did not happen. I am really happy with the fridge freezer, the Amazon sub contracted delivery driver and assistant were friendly and helpful. The fridge is really spacious and the freezer suits my family.

It’s a very good refrigerator with good space and amazing functions. I think it is a best option for the people looking for new and nice refrigerator.

Fast efficient delivery with great care. No damage at all and very well packaged. Bought in the sale for new kitchen later this year so cannot comment on noise level. A good 70/30 split and easy opening door. Very happy!

The 1st one was delivered damaged but the company rectified it & delivered a lovely fridge freezer. Very happy. It’s a good size. We have downsized from an American style & it’s surprising how much this 60/40 takes.

The freezer section might be free of frost but the fridge section produced so much ice and water down the back walls of the fridge I was picking out blocks of ice on a regular basis just a few weeks after receiving this item.Fridges can be a serious fire hazard, so this disappointing development in my brand new purchase sent shivers down my spine. I couldn't take any chances.The seller of this item passed me on to Russell Hobbs who told me to perform a major factory reset on the faulty item. This reset would have meant the fridge was shut down for 24 hours then placed into a high freeze situation to test it out - with no guarantee of correcting the fault.Obviously, I would have lost the entire contents of the fridge freezer. Nobody can afford to lose £200 worth of food in the current economic climate. I was horrified that Russell Hobbs did not seem to think this was an issue.This terrible item is now booked to be returned to the seller. I've bought a new Bosch one, also from Amazon, so I'm hoping that the upgrade in price will mean I get a much better, and safer, essential item.Still having to wait for my refund. Exhausted by this whole miserable experience.

Lovely fridge freezer, the only down fall is it came with a dent on the door, not happy about that, but apart from that it's fantastic, recommended with out the dent lol

Very nice price ok it makes a noise when stoping maybe because it’s not level when I get some help I ‘will sort it overall it’s good
