The splitter is easy to install and works exactly as it should. I replaced the built-in splitter on my tablesaw with this one because my built-in splitter had to be removed every time I wanted to put in my dado stack.

These aren’t as robust or easy to get perfectly in alignment for a table saw as I thought they would be, but they do do their job when installed with a zero clearance throat plate. However, they aren’t nearly as beneficial as a riving knife, which adds a higher element of safety. When I had issues with the installation, the company’s customer service was there for me.

I would have given 5 stars except that even when closely following the instructions the splitter was in the incorrect position. I had to sand off a considerable amount of plastic to make it work. Shouldn’t have to do that.

I combined this purchase with a new zero-clearance insert. The result works great - so simple compared with the complex contraption that originally came with my Unisaw.

Easy install, works great. I also use the 1/8" version.

My saw has no splitter and this little add on device really works good.

I purchased a thin kerf blade, so I needed a new splitter and this works great. It only took a short time to read and understand the instructions before I was able to construct the new splitter. I use it for resawing and other cuts that are not through cuts. The splitter does a good job of keeping the work piece stable on the far side of the blade. I would not feel safe making cuts without it.
