If the tabs for the connection do not match the original Panasonic, will amazon accept the return?

I had the same problem as you both. The sticker on the box said G24q - 2 base as advertised and like the Panasonic, but the actual cardboard box said G24q - 1 base and the product was not what was advertised and was therefore useless as it does not fit my light fixture. I had to call Amazon to help as this is a non-refundable item. Hopefully this seller can get its act together before Amazon gives em the ol boot.

No they did not work in my Panasonic exhaust fan model FV-LP003. Two of them did nothing, the other 2 flickered like a strobe light. Then to top it off, 3 of the 4 shattered when I attempted to remove (carefully). Garbage and lost .

Is there a ballast needed? The reason I ask is - they new replacements do not come on. Is there a need to seat them really firmly?

All I did was take out the old bulbs and carefully replace them. The new bulbs had I think 4 prongs and I made sure the 4 prongs went all the way in and were seated perfectly. That's all I know. . . .

I can't answer this question. I bought the fds18e35/4 bulbs to replace the original bulbs in a 10 year old Panasonic Ventilating Fan (Model FV-08VQL4), and they worked perfectly. I have no information on the replacement bulbs for the fv-lp003 Model.
