The item is very fragile and difficult to get a good grip on a position we would like to hold it.It is extremely difficult to position it on the neck-line especially on the left side. The razors don't smoothly slide over the edges of the tool and tend to cut on the edges of the tool which might just become useless over 10 such uses. I would have also appreciated that there are some videos or graphical instructions for successful use and /or positioning. Last of all, the color of the product is so light that there are high chances one might not notice it and can easily forget it at a hotel or elsewhere before checking out.

Gimmicky. Didn’t like the functionality of it. I get better results when I free hand my beard lines.

The tool as an idea is very helpful but it is too thin & not made from a solid material. It is not easy to hold in place.As a price, it is too expensive as you can easy create a better one from any plastic sheet.

I wish it had instructions had to go to website.Tried using it- operator error. Im too scared to use it. But it works good from other reviews. Very flimsy.

It's ok but don't be fooled as it's not much apart from a very flimsy piece of plastic. Does the job.

Whatever, it's just a flimsy piece of plastic tracing paper.. Does not look like the advertised photo! Get a piece of stencil plastic for 59 cents take a ruller cut a shape and use that! It's totally a rip off! Your paying 12.00 for a 59 cent item!
