This stuff is like a holy grail! Keep in mind I am a guy that was doing 400mg of caffeine a day from energy shots to stay awake. These pills are 100mg of sustained caffeine I can take one pill in the morning ing and I am awake and alert all day until I go to sleep at night. Also sleeping better at night. If you are dropping from a high dosage of caffeine like I was be prepared for withdrawal headaches first my eyes were throbbing like a migraine. I took some non aspirin pain releif and it helped after 2 days headaches are gone. I feel so much better alert and focused on this product and you get 100 pills going to last me 3 months. Don’t hesitate on this product also leaves no stomach upset. Genius is a great company now I want to explore what else they offer.

Good, non-jittery caffeine experience. It has a fairly gentle ramp up and no noticeable crash for me. It's well priced, especially compared to energy drinks. It's a part of my daily morning routine.

Amazing alternative to expensive coffee every day! Zero crash and genuinely keeps me energized all day for only 137mg. However both my dad and I noticed at random points throughout the day we get a few seconds of heart palpitations. I get it about 4-5 times a day. The way it’s releasing in the body might be in bursts instead of slow and smooth.

I'm three weeks into using Genius Caffeine, stacked with Genius Pre as a pre-workout supplement. Note, I've NEVER used a supplement other than a cup of coffee before a workout before, so this is all new. I've been an athlete all my life - former professional ballet dancer, a recovering competitive marathoner (blew my hamstring), and recently started lifting pretty seriously. I am sharp and have the boost I need to lift heavy objects. I even have days when I can add a pretty decent HIIT after a lift, when at that time of day, I never had anything left. I've used an additional Caffeine a few times during the day as a pick-me-up - no jitters, no bad side effects. Just a boost. It also is an easy open capsule so mixes well with a drink/yogurt/whatever for faster absorption. I work in sports medicine where docs and providers and I have had great conversations with the providers I work with nationwide about Genius Brand... It's easy to be able to recommend a smarter supplement that makes sense. Definitely a major convert.

I don't usually write reviews but for this one I will. I have been a coffee lover and drinker for many many years. I love the lift coffee gives you and I would sip on it throughout the day. I developed a hernia over the years discovered in 204 and the doctor told me I had given myself an ulcer from taking too much aleve over the years. I through away the aleve but my stomach continued to bother me. It seemed that coffee was really bothering me so I decided I had to give it up and see if things got better. It did help quite a bit so I laid off of it permanently. So, you know where this is going. I really missed my caffeine boost. I came across the product and thought what the heck I'll give it a try. OMG it is great. I take 1 when I get up and then do my exercising. It seems to last on into the afternoon. I take it about 5:30 am and around 1 or 2 I'm still going strong. It doesn't affect your appetite and there is no crash that I can see. It does not affect my sleep at all. Anyway, 5 stars on this one.

They work okay. Definitely can tell you took 100 mg of caffeine. But I must add that if you have a sensitive belly, these can mess your digestive system up. They didn't bother me (I have a strong gut), but my husband has crohns disease and they made him ill. Cramps, digestive pain, etc. I eventually decided to open the capsules and dump some of the powder out. Like 1/3 to 1/2. They work better when its less than 100 mg that just feels like too much. Probably wont purchase these again but they aren't the worst thing in the world either. They definitely did a good job making them more of an extended release caffeine supplement. Just wanted to warn others but if you aren't sensitive then these are probably fine for you! They saved me during a long layover at the airport.

I bought these because I was trying to reduce my caffeine intake (most caffeine pills seem to be 200mg, which is what I'd been taking previously). I don't really notice whether the effect is long-lasting, but they are smooth--I don't notice a come-up or a crash. They don't impact my sleep negatively. The pills are fine--no bad taste or smell, the size isn't hard to swallow, I just pop 'em with my morning meds and don't even notice. I'll probably keep buying these. I like the other Genius brand products I use, so I'm happy to get my caffeine from them too. I don't know that they're the most economical option for caffeine pills, but they're reasonable enough.

It’s very expensive. I took 3 a day and was still tired. I get about 6-7 hours sleep at night.

I don’t know what else to say other than the product works as advertised! No sudden jolt of energy, no significant crash, just a few hours of boosted energy. I mainly really like this product because it gives me the same caffeine boost I would normally get from an energy drink, but this is a fraction of the price compared to the number of drinks you’d have to buy to get the same amount of caffeine. It also allows me to drink water instead of an energy drink and saves on calories and sugar.
