HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I had never even heard of bed bugs until I moved to a new apartment infested with them. For weeks I had no idea what was biting me all over until I finally discovered those evil suckers. Immediately I researched how to kill them, and was completely overwhelmed by how impossible it seemed!! I couldn't afford a professional, or an expensive steamer to kill them, so my choices were sprays or powders. I chose Best Yet after reading the reviews. I started by cleaning all my bedding, encasing my mattress in a bedbug resistant cover, sweeping and washing my floors and cleaning/organizing my entire space. Then I sprayed the Best Yet all over my entire bed frame and mattress and all around the perimeter of my room. The bottle says residue free but if it is sprayed on fabrics, it stains. You can also see a slick shiny residue on wooden floors for quite a few hours until it dries. The smell is strong, but not unpleasant; it just smells strongly of cedar. I sprayed the same areas down every night before I went to sleep for 3 weeks straight. After a few days, every bug I found was either dead or dying and the number of bites I had was greatly reduced. After a week I was bite free and have remained so ever since. After 3 weeks, I cut down to spraying every other night, and only around my room. I'm sure the rest of my building is infested as well, so I will continue to spray every few days just to ensure my space stays bug free. I really like that this product is all natural and completely safe. Also, I like that it actually kills the bugs and their eggs rather than just detouring them to another part of the building. It IS possible to be completely bedbug free!!!! And the price of this product is very affordable! Good luck to everyone battling the bugs!!UPDATE: I originally wrote this review in Oct. of 2011, and 7 months later (April 2012) I am still bedbug free! I spray about once a month now because I notice it kills and keeps away many types of bugs.

Works great! Kills most bugs on contact.
My mom's bf sprays this on himself in the summer time to keep from getting bit by mosquitos lol and he says it works pretty good. I use it for around the room and our kitchen cabinets. I have sprayed it on my body and it does keep bugs away but the smell is so strong and oily. Like an earthy or woodsy smell. (If you've never actually used cedarwood before) It seems to do a pretty good job at preventing flies and knats and mosquitos from coming in the house. I've even killed quite a few bugs on contact. They HATE this stuff! This is more of a temporary thing rather than getting rid of bugs for good. If you quit spraying around bugs will come back.

Amazing at keeping mosquitoes away.
We recently moved to the suburbs, and the bugs out here are no joke, especially mosquitoes. A friend recommended Cedarcide, and overall, it's great! It’s been amazing at keeping mosquitoes (not sure about ticks yet as we haven't seen one), and my dog doesn't mind the smell. I love that it’s made with natural ingredients and safe to use around my dog. The only thing is, it doesn’t seem to do much for noseeums (those tiny, relentless ones), but for everything else, it works like a charm.

Safest, Most Effective Insecticide I Have Found
I have used the Cedarcide distilled cedar oil spray to kill spiders, wasps and spray sleeping bags, sleeping pads, camping cots, etc. Spraying Cedarcide on camping gear seems to greatly reduce mosquito numbers. I have not noticed any stains on fabrics which I sprayed with a fine mist of Cedarcide - This is not a recommendation to soak any fabrics with the cedar oil.It kills spiders and wasps, about five minutes after they are sprayed.Cedar oil has been extensively studied by the US military, for use as a safe insect repellant and was found to be the safest, most effective formula tested.I believe Cedarcide could help prevent Lyme disease and West Nile Virus, by killing spiders, mosquitoes and ticks. It was exciting to read other Amazon reviews which said BestYet killed ticks. It can also be sprayed on horses and dogs, to prevent insect bites.I have ordered the Best Yet Cedarcide spray from Cedarcide and Amazon and received the same undiluted product from both companies. It is easier to order Best Yet Cedarcide, from Amazon. The quart spray bottle sprays a fine mist, which can reach overhead corners or underneath bed boxsprings. I like to spray Cedarcide periodically as a preventative and spray it repeatedly, if I see a spider or experience any mystery bites. I have met people who were disabled by Lyme Disease. Cedarcide is a bargain, since it helps prevent the bites which can transmit Lyme Disease. I suspect Cedarcide could also prevent some expensive Veternarian bills.I think our ancestors were on to something effective, with their cedar chests and closets.I think you should take Cedarcide with you, if you go camping. It is also a good idea to take Cedarcide with you to new hotels and start spraying, if you experience any mystery bites. Cedarcide makes a small aluminum pump sprayer, which is convenient for travel or backpacking.DISCLOSURE I do not have any financial interest in the Cedarcide companySteven Sponaugle
