HARRIS Angry Squirrel Bird Seed Hot Sauce, 8oz, for Up to 35 Pounds of Bird Seed, 2-Pack

I have tried so many expensive squirrel busters, feeders, baffels, etc. to no avail. The squirrels won everytime eating all the food from the feeders within a day. I'm on my 3rd bag of food since I got this remedy and it works. My feeders are now full of birds enjoying their food while the squirrels sit and watch from the trees. This product is so much cheaper than shell free safflower and spicy hot seed and easy to prepare. Takes me less than 5 minutes to mix 5lbs of seed. I waited to post review until I knew it wasn't just a short lived hiatus since the squirrels have been controlled with busters and baffels for a short time before figuring out how to overcome the deterence. Now it's a pleasure because I get to enjoy the birds, the birds love it, it's cost effective and easy to mix. It took me 6 years to finally win!!!!!

I added this to my bird feed and the squirrels just thought I was adding seasoning to their food! They would eat twice as much as before. I even added an extra amount and they still gorged on it!. I couldn't believe it! This stuff is garbage! it attracts squirrels not repels them!! I cannot believe they can even advertise that it repels them! Don't buy it!!

It's necessary to pour this solution into a spray bottle. It doesn't work on all squirrels - some seem to not be bothered by it.

I have been fighting squirrels off my feeder for years and this product works. They do not have any interest in the spicy bird food but the birds have no problem with it. Another fun thing to try is to spray PAM on the pole and watch the squirrels slip and slide off of it. I have a few hilarious videos of this. However, it does make a big mess and if you don't clean it, it will get yucky and moldy. Enjoy!

Doesn't Work! Squirrels still ate the bird feed. Added more the following time & still did Not keep the Squirrels from eating the bird feed.🙁

I have tried this item consistently for several weeks but does not keep the squirrels or chipmunks away all the time. I made sure to follow the instructions but ended doubling what was recommended and it still deterred for maybe one day but the animals would be back. Oh well!! try try again!!

This did nothing to discourage the squirrels or chipmunks. In fact I think they love it. I've filled my feeders several times with it mixed in with the birdseed and simply does not work. Waste of money in my opinion

I've been purchasing our bird/squirrel food for several years at the local Agway. Sadly, they are closing during this month. The "combo" I mix for the birds is "equal to feeding them filet mignon" according to one of the Agway employees......hence I really don't want the little critters gorging on the fruit & nuts, mealworms suet pellets peanuts.....This is a fantastic deterrent for the squirrels! I've been purchasing this locally, however, the store where I've purchased it is not conveniently nearby. Savings from your company is/was minimal but convenience is worth it!
