My 4yo is a cleft baby and the drool and oral fixation/stimulation is threw the roof. The fact he'll use this in place of his shirt is wonderful, plus they soak up some of the drool too gives them an A+ in my book. I personally hand wash and hang to dry just in case the washer is too mush on them.

My son developed a habit of chewing on his shirt collar. I wanted a soft fabric he could chew on so I ordered these. After a couple washes several are splitting at the seams, which I can sew myself. But also the velcro is bunching and not sticking as well despite efforts to keep it in tact. Overall they're doing what I hoped they would, I'll likely have to replace them after only a few months use.

These are soft except for Velcro attaching points. And fairly absorbent. Our one real complaint is that they aren't quite long enough for my 5yr to chew on them without it pulling a lot. Or him unhooking it.

My son has autism and ADHD, as well as some sensory processing disorders. He does a lot of chewing on his shirt and we have ruined so many he doesn’t even realize he’s doing it. I found these and they are absolutely perfect. They are the right size. The Velcro is wider and strong. They seem like they are durable and well put together. I actually even referred the link to his behavioral consultant so that she can include other families who may have similar issues.

My son was chewing on his shirt collars, so I got these, and they work perfectly. I have to remind him to put them on, but once he does, he chews on this instead of the collar. And they are machine washable, so they are easy to care for. Exactly what I was hoping for.

Works well to stop chewing on clothing, but the Velcro doesn't hold up. We've only had these a few weeks and the Velcro is already wearing out on them unfortunately.
