Light weight
Those weights are light weight but get the job done. The grip is great and so is the weight.

I have sturdy metal bars, so wondered if I would be happy using plastic. I am, simple as that. Note that I do not disassemble them ever, and I weigh 150lbs.

Sturdy design but hurts my hands
Bought because I'm currently not able to bend my wrist at 90 degrees for many yoga poses. However the pressure of my weight across the palm of my hands while using these is so painful that it lasts even for moments after I have stopped using them. I will try to add padding to the design with pipe insulation, but the original product was a no go for me.

Made pushups more efficient.
After repeated use, I wish it had better foam padding. I improved a foam wrap around the handle and, while not perfect, it is much better than without the added foam.
