My second one...nothing else rivals
This is the second one that i've purchased it's a fantastic bag with lots of room. It has alot features and smart storage areas. It's easy to manipulate when pulling the handle. There's not very many bags out there that offer an efficiently designed shoulder strap, wheels, and a handle. The wheels have a small profile and have a Fender like covering that makes it really easy to move around. It's a unique design. The curve In the design does make a difference. I really did consider other bags but at the end of the day ended up going back with the kensington. It's definitely not designed for a minimalist...The bag is large, so if you're hauling papers, folders, laptop, chargers, and a mouse ...this is a great bag for you. Thanks for reading

King of carry on/wheeled bags
I've had a previous carry on bag like this, by the same company for 8-9 years. it's all about the storage and ease of access for me. I consider it to be the king of bags for its durability, as it's been through many countries, without issue or flaw.

Great Travel Laptop Bag
Just what I was looking for! It is hard to find a traveling laptop bag with a strap and rollers. This bag has enough pockets to keep your stuff organized and its well made. Just got it so I cannot rate its longevity but I have no reason to be suspicious. Don't think you will regret this purchase.

Not quite there but close to being a good bag.
Actual outside measurements are 18.5" wide, 14" tall and 9 " deep if you include the wheels in the measurement. Just a little to big to fit under most airline seats. The padded computer area actually measures 11" deep and 16" wide. The two handles on top of the bag that snaps together for carrying actually pinched the palm of my hand the first time I put them together. The one side has a somewhat sharp edge. The bag does have the strap on the back so you can slide it down over the handle of a larger roller bag. But it will only accept a roller bag handle of about 7 inches wide. My Briggs and Riley suitcase handle is 8 inches wide at the top so since this will not slide over it I am returning it. That said this is one of few roller computer cases that actually has a shoulder strap which is a plus if you ride on the subway or travel uneven pavement that you can not roll the bag on. A few tweaks and it could be the perfect computer bag for travel. The 2.5-inch difference between the laptop area and the overall width of the bag makes the bag overall to wide. The skin pinching problem with the carry handle is a big problem as is the narrow width of the piggyback strap on the back of the bag. I will continue my search for the perfect roller computer bag....with a shoulder strap.

Can't really go wrong with a Kensington, only roller with a strap for the shoulder
This is in my opinion the only roller with a shoulder strap for those rare occasion that you need to put it on your shoulder. The contour shape and overall quality makes this the best tote bag around and it can roll.

Mixed Bag
I purchased one of these back in the days when Kensington had a no hassle lifetime replacement warranty. I put the Contour roller through heavy travel and service and quickly wore down the wheels. The extension handle also stopped working. It was replaced under warranty by phone call no problem. The replacement bag wheels also wore down and the extension handle stopped working. I got about four years service total out of the purchase so fair enough. While shopping for a new laptop case today I noticed Kensington no longer has the great no hassle lifetime warranty.

Best roller bag ever made
Problem is the current version is a cheapen edition of the original which had zippered pockets in the front compartment perfectly sized for a passport. Have carried my current one for well over a decade and I travel extensively with a big laptop. It is starting to show signs of it's age so I was wanting to get another. Missing the pockets, this version is a step down but it still is a great bag for someone capable of carrying it.

Really Robust piece of Kit
I've bought about 20 of these for our engineers over the last 4 years, we use Dell precision Laptops that cost about £3500 a piece so wanted something robust to protect our assets, our engineers travel into lots of hostile mechanical engineering environments and these kensington bags have done a sterling jobThe image is of my 4 year old example
